Burj Royale is ideally located in the heart of Downtown, the most prestigious square kilometer in Dubai. Downtown Dubai adds to Dubai a vibrant retail and leisure component with The Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destination. In addition, and as a testament to traditional Arabian markets, is Souk Al Bahar, a modern shopping mall which draws inspiration from Arabesque architectural elements.

The urban fabric of downtown Dubai is divided into two distinct characters, the low rise vernacular Emirati style architecture of old town and the modern glass and stone towers that surround Burj Khalifa.

Burj Royale fuses both architectural languages in a uniform and seamless fashion, thus relating it's lower portion to the traditional Arabian style it surrounds whilst the upper portion forms a contemporary design that relates to the high-rise skyline of Downtown Dubai.
